Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child at Ever Unique Productions, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and sign your agreement to them as an ongoing agreement between you and Ever Unique Productions (“Agreement”).
The Agreement is made between the parent/guardian (“Parent”, “you” or “your”) of each enrolled student (“Student”) by a Parent and Ever Unique Productions (“Ever Unique Productions”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and is valid at all times whilst the Student is enrolled on any Ever Unique Productions activity and until such time as written notice is given in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all our Ever Unique Productions, Courses, Holiday Workshops/Camps, Workshops and any additional products and/or services offered by Ever Unique Productions, in the future for any Student (collectively “Ever Unique Productions, Activities”)
1.2 For participation of a Student in an Ever Unique Productions, all Parents are required to consent to these Terms & Conditions by signature or by ticking the acceptance box for these Terms & Conditions when submitting an electronic application form online. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
1.3 Any changes to these Terms & Conditions require the written consent or approval of Ever Unique Productions.
2. ENROLLING A NEW STUDENT
2.1 To apply for a place for a new Student in Ever Unique Productions, the Parent must agree to these Terms & Conditions and submit an application form online or by email.
2.2 Each Student’s place is allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Applications must be accompanied by the appropriate payment/transfer, as set out for each Ever Unique Productions course.
2.3 From the date class fees are paid, you have a fourteen (14) calendar day cancellation period (“Cancellation Period”) to change your mind and cancel the Student’s place with Ever Unique Productions subject to clauses 2.4 and 2.5 below.
2.4 After the Cancellation Period expires, the fees are non-refundable and will be retained by Ever Unique Productions.
2.5 If the start date of an activity falls within the Cancellation Period or the activity has finished before the Parent notifies Ever Unique Productions, of their desire to cancel, then the fees is not cancellable or refundable.
2.6 If the start date of the Ever Unique Productions Activity falls within the Cancellation Period and some of the sessions have been delivered before the Parent, within the Cancellation Period, notifies Ever Unique Productions of their desire to cancel, then the Deposit may be partly refunded in proportion to the number of sessions delivered.
3. HEALTH AND INJURIES
3.1 Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Ever Unique Productions, and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition. All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified immediately in writing.
3.2 If you are unsure whether a Student should participate in any activity please consult the Student’s GP before enrolling the Student.
3.3 Any medication left on Ever Unique Production’s premises must be clearly labelled and the Student should, unless Ever Unique Productions, has agreed in writing otherwise, be able to administer it themselves.
3.4 If a Student is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the Parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details. This number must always be contactable whilst the Student is attending Ever Unique Productions.
3.5 Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on our records are up to date.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY
4.1 Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Ever Unique Productions can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
4.2 You acknowledge that the maximum aggregate liability of Ever Unique Productions to a Student or Parent under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the Ever Unique Productions Activity fee to which a claim relates.
5. GENERAL
5.1 Ever Unique Productions, may, at its own discretion, refuse a Student entry to any Activity or session if it is felt that the Student’s behaviour is unacceptable.
5.2 Ever Unique Productions, reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff from the advertised programme in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Where a session of Ever Unique Productions, has to be cancelled by Ever Unique Productions, directors will give as much notice as possible. In the event of a last-minute session cancellation, you will be notified by email, text message, a call to your mobile phone or through a designated Ever Unique Productions, social media site. Parents must ensure that they provide their Director with up-to-date contact details.
5.4 It is occasionally necessary to change the time and/or venue of an Ever Unique Productions session. This will only be done if absolutely necessary and we will do our best to keep class times and locations as similar as possible but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.5 In the event that a Student is unable to attend an Ever Unique Productions, session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, we regret that it is unable to refund any payment.
5.6 All Students must be collected on time after a session. Ever Unique Productions is unable to supervise Students after a session and consistent late collection will result in additional charges.
5.7 These Terms & Conditions, together with any Fee Note, Acceptance Letter and/or Venue Sheet, constitute the entire agreement between the parties which supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
5.8 In the event that one or more of the provisions of the Agreement are found to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement.
5.9 The Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Northern Ireland and any dispute, proceedings or claim shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.

1. When you use our website or ClassForKids link to enrol your child, pay fees, register for an event or enquire about our services.
2. When you contact us by phone to enrol your child or enquire about our services.

4. When you visit our website we use cookies to help make the experience of using our website better and to personalise the service you receive from us – this means we will remember your previous visits and track the pages on our website that you visit.
5. From time to time, we may also get data about you from third parties – please see the ‘How we may use your information’ section for more details. This could include data obtained by a supplier or where you have participated in a survey or event.
6. You may provide us with information to be used in connection with a show or performance.
The type of personal data we collect
We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our business, provide the particular service you’ve requested and/or to keep you informed. There are occasions when you can choose not to give us certain information, but this may limit the level of personalisation we can offer e.g. – for example, you may not get to hear about an event you would have loved to have attended.

When visiting our website we may collect the following information:

· Email you about a specific topic you’ve requested to hear more on such as our student scheme or other projects.
· Use your personal data (or that of your child) in our marketing campaigns.
Where we have justifiable reason (including legal obligation and legitimate interest):
· Learn about your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information that is relevant to you.
· Help us target our marketing communications and adverts so that they’re more relevant to you.
· Use your pseudonymised details to show you advertising on such Social Media platforms as Facebook and Instagram or through other third-party advertising that may appear on other websites you use. The information shared with these platforms is pseudonymised to protect your personal data.
· Measure and understand how our audiences respond to a variety of marketing activity so we can ensure our activity is well targeted, relevant and effective.
· Undertake user research: we may contact you to ask you to participate in user research either via an online or telephone survey or in person. You are under no obligation to participate in research and, should you provide any further information, Curious will inform you how any further information will be used.
· Analyse and continually improve the services we offer including our website and our other products.
· To help us run the test version of our website that we use internally to pilot new features and ensure the smooth running of our web services.
How we process your personal data

· Ever Unique Productions is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites and recommends that you check the privacy policy of each website you visit and contact its owner or Data Protection Manager if you have any concerns or questions.
Despite all our precautions, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. So, we cannot guarantee the security of any information which you disclose to us and so wish to draw your attention to the fact that you do so at your own risk.
